How do I become a wholesale customer?
Simply follow the New User Link on the left hand side, fill in the your details then click on the Continue Button. We will then review your details and email you your password. Pease remember this is a Trade Only web site.
How do I see the wholesale prices?
The wholesale prices will appear once you have logged in as a wholesale customer.
Is there a minimum order level?
No, once you have become a customer you can order as much or as little as you would like. However we would like to see an initial order value of at least £100.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, however we reserve the right to exclude certain countries depending on restrictions imposed upon us by our carriers.
How long will my order take to ship?
Depending on the order size, orders are usually ready to be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. If you have any urgent requests the please call us on +44 (0)1332 361136.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is due once your order is ready to be shipped and we'll contact you with the final order total.
What payment methods do you accept?
We're happy to accept a wide range of methods including Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, Cheques and Money Orders and even Paypal. Just select your preferred payment method when proceeding through checkout.
